theme: switch to Atkinson Hyperlegible, 28px base, sync beamer variant
- Replace EB Garamond with Atkinson Hyperlegible for projection legibility
- Drop base font-size to 28px in both standard and beamer themes
- Normalize letter-spacing for sans body text (0.2px)
- Consolidate logo CSS variables, pad-top/bottom variables, and refined
two-column title-row layout into the published theme
